Staff is very helpful! But they don’t work night and weekends I think and & some are international. None the less the less this is by far a great place to get leads, and they have been vetted by AI cold call.

They’ll take your money
ISpeedToLead, had given me a lead for $29. The lead has already sold his house when I called him. Now they needed screen shot proof of that which is reasonable. However, after upon getting my refund it went back into my isleedtolead account, which is also fine. Then I go to hit a button to withdraw my money back into my card. However that button ceased to exist. I called support and they said it can only go back as credit. But it didn’t go back as credit it went into my money balance, and not credit/bonus cash. They were refusing to refund me my money. Due to their “policy” on refunds. However sure if you need to refund it back to my online account, go ahead. But you need to have an option to take money out. With that being said, if you put $200 into your account to buy leads with. You can’t take that money back out. You have to use it. Until I called and threatened legal action. Is only when I got my $29 back. You’re not a bank. You’re not anything. If I want to take my money back you just give it. It is not your money to hold, or take. There was no offer of “do you want it back on your card or do you wanna use it for store credit”. Unbelievable behavior!

Major glitches
Really difficult to use this app because of the glitches.
First, if you have a lead open, and you click a notification for a lead alert it will not switch to the new lead you clicked on purpose to view. It’ll instead just stay on whatever you were already looking at.. and you may lose that connection/notification to that alert it won’t take you to it
If you switch to a different app, it’ll lose the lead you were just on.
This matters because there’s no way to favorite or add leads to purchase later, so we end up losing track of leads we intend to buy.

This app is a scam! They steal your money

App is horrible! Sellers either hang up on you lacks with communication. Why post that you are motivated to sell but your really not?
Bugs in app
1 when you scroll your crm and look at a property so when you get out it always brings your to the top instead of where you were.

3 notes, if phone rings while your inputting notes, you loss when you entered
4 status, you should be able to keep it as new till the first time you reach out

I’m very grateful for this app!
I’ve been a “Day One” subcriber from the very beginning! I’ve seen the evolution and the growth, and there is still a lot of untapped potential. The ability to buy PPC leads a la carte is disruptive in a very positive way. I love the coupons, and of course the filters are a must. And the latest addition: Fortune Wheel!(don’t sleep on it! You can rack up points and convert them to dollars to buy leads!). I’m excited for the future to see how this app continues to improve and evolve.

I must say, as a day one user of this service, I’m very excited to watch the evolution of the phone app. At first there were not that many features. Now there are coupons and the Fortune Wheel(don’t sleep on the wheel!). This a la carte service finally made PPC leads affordable to the newbie investor/wholesaler or anyone who is “bootstrapping” and can’t afford to run ads every month. Yes there were kinks and glitches starting out, but that comes with any app starting out. I’m excited for now and what’s to come with this app! Thank you iS2L for all y’all do!

app not great - leads recycled
The app itself doesn’t offer as much information about leads as the website does. It’s also buggy. I’d rather use the website for now. A big issue I have with the leads, and why I stopped paying full price for them, is the same lead will come through on 2-4 different listings if the seller input their info onto multiple platforms. So you can buy exclusive rights to a lead, which costs more, or buy a lead that shows nobody else has ordered it, but the reality is that the lead is probably still available under a different listing. It’s really damages the integrity of the leads and the company overall in my opinion. I’ll continue to buy discounted leads from them, but I don’t believe the full priced leads are always worth it.

The UI is clean, I’ll give you that. A lot of key pieces missing from the app. A lot of potential to make this app great and to give investors what they need to succeed. Would love to help develop this app and get it going more productively.
When clicking on a lead though, you shouldn’t be directed to the web browser. Should automatically pop up some of the info. This app is unfinished product that will work more efficiently with the correct oversight.

The app won’t even let me attempt to open it. It just immediately force closes as soon as I try to access it.

Leads are being sent to messenger, but app shows nothing. Have tried to reach out to company. Will see if anyone is minding the he store.
