Sorry my humble Ispín made you sad, that's the last thing a sausage should do. Its just a bit of craic! It's been well tested in GarageBand on both iPhone and iPad, but effects are easy to miss in there. Ispín won't appear with the Audio Unit instruments, its an Audio Unit FX. Instead: tap the track controls, then Plug-ins & EQ, then Edit, tap an empty slot, choose Audio Unit Extensions and there it is. Also make sure Settings, GarageBand, "Enable iOS Effect Plug-ins" is switched on. Still hiding? Open the Ispín app once and restart GarageBand. If the effect itself isn't working for you, I've an update coming with extra GarageBand fixes too, which should hopefully sort ya.
