Impossible to use

Downloaded this to use for our fire operations. I’ve tried creating a username, registering an email over and over and it doesn’t work. There’s also no support to assist you with anything.

I prefer this to Active911

Ispy has had some really rough patches throughout its total overhaul, but the team is very active and diligent on getting things fixed and improved. I have since switched to active alert at a different county and now wish we still used ispy. The maps overlay is great, tons of layers, routing is fast and snappy, radio logs, and unit times are very reliable. This is truly a replacement for a CAD and I really miss it.

Notifications still come through

I disable notifications when I am off duty and they still come through. Others I work with log out and log back in. I work for multiple departments and it’s easier to stay logged in. I really wish it was like the old version where you could turn notifications on and off as needed. The new version of the app is very glitchy.

So bad

This app so bad it makes me want to sucker punch my grandma. My mema died a little bit ago so that’s saying a lot.

FAQ

What does iSpyMobile do?

iSpyMobile provides first responders with live, constantly updating data and information essential for successful emergency responses. It supports agencies like fire, police, and EMS with features such as call notifications, location tracking, and mapping.

What are the key features of iSpyMobile?

Key features include call notifications, detailed call information, real-time call location, map layers, address history, directions, and the ability to indicate responding status. It also offers apparatus-specific features like AVL and personnel tracking.

Is iSpyMobile free to use?

While the application itself may be free to download, an iSpyFire account is required to use it. This suggests a freemium model where the core functionality is accessible with an account, potentially with additional paid features or services.

What devices is iSpyMobile compatible with?

The provided description does not specify exact device compatibility. However, as a mobile application, it is designed for use on smartphones and tablets that can run such software, likely supporting both iOS and Android operating systems.
