** UPDATE May 27 2025. I tried this app again, because before it went crazy with ads it was the best app for news about Israel. I am happy to report there were NO POPUP ADS! Someone turned things around.
** UPDATE JUNE 6 2025. No, I was wrong. Popup ads with no way to exit them without a hard restart.

** UPDATE Dec 18 2024. Ads are as bad as ever. Tried the app tonight hoping the ad problem had improved. Instant ad, full screen, before I saw the first article. Only way out was to hard exit the app. Went back in, another instant ad with no way to close it. Hard exit. Third try, instant ad with no way out. Hard exit and came to leave this review.
** UPDATE Feb 15 2025. You would think this company would find some professional way to display ads. Use Fox News as an example would you? I used to like this app and keep trying it.

** UPDATE it has been a month since the editors said they would make changes. I have seen changes in some ads, but for the most part this is still loaded with ridiculously exasperating ads I cannot exit, with fake Xs and “done” clickables that take you to other ads. I try this app on occasion because it has comprehensive news. But still am forced to use Jerusalem Times on a daily basis.
