battery usage
The Istanbul Airport app is using an excessive amount of battery in the background—around 20% of my daily battery usage—even when I’m not actively using it. It appears to be running continuously for some reason. Please investigate and optimize the app’s background activity. This level of battery drain is unacceptable.

Faucet
There is no faucet to drink or fill our water bottle next to the restrooms. In America every airport has a faucet next to the restrooms. What a shame for Turkey.

good app, but could be better
Hi, when i load the app it shows IST airport statue, but could you add some more Istanbul landmarks there and make them change quickly. also i have a dynamic island in my iphone 15 that shows the navigation icon when i exit the app, to remove it? i have to close the app itself. it's annoying. please fix it soon.

Home away from home is a term that should be used not only for magnificent hotels, but for an airport like the Instanbul Airport.
The Instanbul Airport offers a variety of services, while there are various services being offered, they are right at your fingertips.
First off, language barrier can not be an issue at the airport as the app offers its services in 7 differently than languages which include some of the widely spoken languages in the world. They include the Turkish Language, English Language, French, Russian, Spanish, German and Japanese.
The joy of traveling is not limited to safe flights and landing, but being able to explore the airport itself. And you can do that with the Instanbul Airport App, it helps you to navigate food and beverage stores, famous stores and special exhibitions you can visit while waiting to board your flights.
Overall, my time at Instanbul Airport was not limited to only boarding flight, but one full of adventures, all within an app. That’s excellent

I think this app made by IST General directors son in school! Nothing working, tap Iga pass and you will see white screen! Hope they will hire someone professional, who can do it better!
