I don’t know who is having problems with this app but in my experience, it has been completely flawless.
Yes the UI does look aged but it’s the most functional app I found so far, that gets my job done WITHOUT a bug or hitch(tried substreamer, it crashes randomly for no reason).
Also the app’s very lightweight and UNDER 5mbs, that’s a BIG plus in my opinion, very optimised.

Great option
I’ve just found out about a cloud streaming, and this app giving the most pleasant expiriense! Everything is on place, and works flawlessly. Interface is friendly and readable, so zero complains, thank you very very much🙌

My go-to Subsonic app
I’ve been using ISub since about 2015. The only issue I’ve ever had with it is the lack of a decent CarPlay integration. You’re stuck using the Now Playing feature which doesn’t allow you to navigate outside the currently loaded playlist. Add that integration and it’ll be pretty close to perfect.
No Car Play
This app does not work with Apple CarPlay. Except for that it works great but that is a dealbreaker that needs to be fixed but doubtful they will do anything.
Just works, straight out of the box
Does what it says. That shouldn’t be a rarity, but in the *sonic world, it is. Clean, smart interface and an easy experience. I feel profound relief to have found an app I like for this, after installing and uninstalling a bunch of poor alternatives. Highly recommended.

Great App with awesome support
Unable to reach my server from iSub. Reached out to iSub support. To my surprise I was contacted by them the next day!! They confirmed nothing was wrong with my setup, only to realize myself that allow cellular data for the iSub app was not set on my iPhone; former Android user. This solved my issue!

The most useful subsonic player
I’ve been using subsonic for over a decade. It’s basic format has essentially been unchanged the entire time and that’s a good thing. It’s so intuitive to use. I’ve tried other subsonic player apps and none have compared throughout the years. This player is so well thought out making it eminently useful.

Navidrome
Trying to connect to a navidrome server as they claim isub can handle it. I am getting invalid semicolon separator in query. So it is a solid 1 star for me.

Fast, practical and versatile. But to be useful for a large music collection, I strongly request to introduce a 5-star rating feature.

Doesn’t work with navodrome
Doesn’t work with navodrome and feels like an app from 2012
UI needs a bit of improvement
Also if password contains “&” authentication fails. App should be tested with very long passwords containing symbols.
Hands down the best
Have used this app for many years with both subsonic and madsonic servers, and even though its author "retired", it is still in a class of its own. Reliable, highly configurable, stable, high-quality audio, feature-packed, fantastic UI, support for genres, etc.

Have been using for the last 8 years. Never had a single problem. Easy to use, elegant and reliable interface. It’s a master piece! I hope the author keeps supporting and updating the app.
