Unusable app

Filter categories either don't work (they don't actually filter out the items that fall into the categories you choose) or are completely insufficient (eg the only shoe filters being sandals, boots and sneakers—how am I supposed to find flats and heels??? Are you nuts???)

Redesign pushed without warning - everything lost

Since the ‘redesign’ (which I received no warning about) I have lost my order history, favorites and custom searches I had saved. In addition, it is nearly impossible to perform a search of something simple. Once you finally figure it out, the search results do not match the filters used. This app is useless as is and I’m shocked it was released with so many issues.

FAQ

What does the italist app do?

The app allows users to shop for authentic designer clothing, shoes, accessories, and homeware from over 2,500 luxury brands. It offers items at Italian retail prices, which typically results in significant savings compared to global retail prices.

How much can I save with italist?

You can consistently save between 30% and 40% on designer items. This is because the app sources products at the Italian retail price, which is generally lower than prices in other countries.

Is shipping free with italist?

Yes, all orders placed through the app include free global express shipping. This means you can expect to receive your new luxury items within 2-4 business days.

What is the return policy?

Returns must be processed through Italian customs, which incurs additional shipping costs and customs duties. Therefore, free returns are not offered at this time. It is recommended to review the detailed Returns Policy before making a purchase.

What kind of brands can I find on italist?

You can discover a wide range of top luxury fashion names, including Bottega Veneta, Max Mara, Balenciaga, Golden Goose, Gucci, Fendi, Ralph Lauren, Isabel Marant, and Salvatore Ferragamo, among many others.
