Отвратительная работа приложения, оно само не знает чего хочет. То слишком много попыток входа, то не зарегестрирован, то не активирован. Даже не дает пройти верификацию.

Most useless app ever!!! And you keep sending email about not being able to book an appointment,as you can’t get pass the passport verification stage and they honestly do nothing,they just tell you to make sure it’s not blurry and the camera captures it alright which I’m going it’s just ridiculous now I can’t go for my holiday as I haven’t been able to book an appointment and nobody seems to care or do anything,worst app ever to exist in life!!!

Such a waste of time
The system is so annoying that we can book any slots of our choice. We have to wait for the slots to be released at random times with a passport and our phone to scan and then after just logging in , the slots will disappear. This is such a scam for non EU citizens. And after doing all of these and submitting all the paperworks, they will give you a 5 days visa🙏🏼

Anyone ever booked a slot via the app at all?
Downloaded this app for Italy tourist visa. A few years ago I booked appt slot via web but now the whole experience changed after VFS decided to force ppl to use the App. You will probably experience every single problem mentioned in the app review section, while still unable to book a single appt for yourself after 2 weeks. I was stuck at the passport verification stage and no matter how it keeps saying image validation failed. Very likely I’ll have to change my travel plan. Well done VFS!
