Charge Isolator
Charge isolator had come on, so Van is only using 1 of my 2 batteries, cannot change setting.
Stupid
Why have two isolator switches on the front page!!! It is too easy to accidentally turn one off when having a quick look while driving. Thanks for another freezer of food in the bin iTech
Car play
CarPlay is a nice feature, unfortunately it will not update the data on car play without you connecting you iphone to the battery via the app. Otherwise it only shows data from the last time you connected you phone to the battery
Strong Turnaround
After some initial issues with what felt like a premature release, the app has improved significantly over several updates.
It’s now working very well, with good insights and a clean layout. Credit to the team for turning things around so quickly.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the frustration caused by the initial release. We identified and fixed the password validation issue shortly after launch and an update addressing this was released within 24 hours. The app now also includes Guest Mode, which allows you to connect to your devices over Bluetooth without creating an account if you prefer. Thanks again for the feedback as we continue improving the app.
