Dear Customer, we had updated our security feature in IOS app due to which you had to face this issue, kindly contact our wats app team on 03092225683 via voice message and your issue will be resolve at a time.
History check
Another thing is, while checking the history, once we go back, it takes us to choose the day than time than hour again; it should go back stepwise like we move ahead to check for a particular time in that day.

Dear Customer, This date and time selection category of location history is given on app to see the movement history information of the required hour only to avoid watching entire day history this option is given to save time of customer however if you need app usage guidance assistance you can leave a voice message on 03092225683 wats app number or you can email on Supervisors.cr@itecknologi.com so that our team can assist you accordingly.

Dear Customer, a new Security update is done on IOS app login page due to which you have to re-login the app and for app logout you can Wats app a voice message on 0309-2225683 or Email on Supervisors.cr@itecknologi.com and your issue will be resolve at a time.
