Live Location not updated
Live location is not working. The app shows my car’s location from 2 hours ago instead of the current location. Very unreliable.

Very Bad Experience!
The iTech Tracking app is really disappointing. When you check the history, it shows confusing and inaccurate routes — taking unnecessary turns instead of showing a simple line between point A and B. On Apple devices, it uses Apple Maps, which doesn’t work well in Pakistan; it should use Google Maps instead.
They are charging a lot for this software, which isn’t even basic in functionality. There have been no updates or improvements for a long time. Honestly, this feels like a rip-off. I would not recommend this app at all.

Does not update regularly

History check
Thanks for logon issue guidance.
Another thing is, while checking the history, once we go back, it takes us to choose the day than time than hour again; it should go back stepwise like we move ahead to check for a particular time in that day.

Dear Customer, a new Security update is done on IOS app login page due to which you have to re-login the app and for app logout you can Wats app a voice message on 0309-2225683 or Email on Supervisors.cr@itecknologi.com and your issue will be resolve at a time.
Avoid
This doesn’t show the live speed or fuel. They charged more than market price and doesn’t show the live information/moving. Waste of money. There are other better option available in market with cheaper rate.

Unable to login
The app asks for email and password, I entered it and thanks to the super user friendly error message saying “Already Login”, no further details and no other options. Literally a trash app.
