App crashes connecting to BT
Can’t get it to connect. App crashes when selecting BT Connect. Waste of time
I tried, but its junk
I try to support the not main stream products. The Itek fitness tracker seemed a good option to do so. Sure it was a little glitchy, but it worked the first few times I used it. But now the app just crashes every time i try to pair. Save the headache. Buy a fitbit.
Going Back to the store
The tracker seems to work OK but it is only day 3. This doesn't do me any good though when the app doesn't work.

The book on how to use this shows totally different pictures of the app and how to use it i am questioning if it is the same app
Horrible buy
This app is garbage every time you set you data it resets with garbage numbers. Do not waste your money not worth $5.
Fix the bug!!!!
I like it but the most important part is the basic info! It changes all the time and thus it ant be accurate. Fix this and all is good.

I got this at a white elephant party and couldn't believe my good fortune. I was so excited to get started...until I actually got started and realized this thing is a piece of junk. The touchscreen on the actual device does not let me scroll thru my info, so it's basically a watch. And don't get me started on the app! I had all the same issues mentioned w/ syncing, entering basic info and it not tracking sleep.

Problems
The basic info never stays! It never stays connected to the phone. When you sync it never give the correct numbers as the band actually shows. Doesn't track sleep. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE!
Junk!!!!!
During set up, the tracker's mode stuck in "test version", whatever that means. Can't find anything in manual, internet or app on how to fix this or what it even means. Needless to say, I will be returning this POS tracker and getting another brand. I hope the company reads these review because that might be encouraged to make a better product. I'm so disappointed!

Got this for Christmas. Could not get it to sync. Called the company. The were no help. All they wanted to do was get off the phone. They told me to return the item or send it back for a new one. No thanks, I don't need the hassle. I wouldn't give it any stars but had to put in something.

So, I got this gift from my mom and I was so excited. It worked for maybe the first hour and then stopped syncing. It also would change all of my "basic information" so the information it was giving me such as my calories that I had burned or how far I have gone could not have been accurate. Spend the rxtra money, trust me.

Crashes on SETUP!!!
Returning this 59.00 waste of money. Can't set up my details because the app crashes when I hit the 'Setting' button. Decided to give it a try but I'm glad I kept my receipt.
Makes me want to return the tracker
I've had the tracker less than 24 hours, and the app hasn't worked correctly. It keeps changing my profile info, disconnecting, didn't track sleep at all, and the home screen is blank most of the time. Better off investing in a useful tracker!

Ok it was cool till.......
Now it won't connect and it is not recording everyday after a charge :( you pay big money for this and there is no way of getting help to fix it

This app is terrible! I bought the ban and the app will not allow you to access the "settings" tab. Every time you touch the "settings" tab it kicks you back to the main iPhone home screen...EVERY TIME! You can't set the time, age, weight, etc.

Decent device. The app is not so great. It seems like there is little to no trouble shooting for the device. Most problems just result in a return/exchange.
problem
My basic information doesnt stay in. comes back with some weird numbers. My age and gender and steps stay in, but height, weight, and stride doesnt. Also the save doesnt seem to work
