Major time saver
This product is absolutely awesome. It saves us months at a time. Throughout the year that is! I currently work for a major restoration company. (Servpro) Now Imagine sending through the post office …samples of flooring and waiting for results that can take 24 to 48 hours, after every 30 jobs we’ve saved about a month worth of waiting …..180 jobs and you’ve saved yourself about a half of a year of waiting. I know the numbers sound crazy, but men lie women lie numbers don’t. You can get the results back in around 30 minutes. If that’s not a game changer then the game must be over. And the winner is Itel Now.

Does it ever work
This has got to be the worst app ever reset password over and over and never lets me in
Independent Adjuster
Fellow IAs, do NOT waste your time much less money on this mobile kit. They will kick back every single sample and make your life miserable. You’ll have to return to sites to perform on site photo tests for the same reason with larger things like cabinets for which you can’t harvest a sample. Avoid the ITEL app at all costs. It is the furthest thing from a time saver.

ITEL accuracy
The last five years ITEL accuracy has shot down tremendously. Ten to fifteen years ago, I could trust an ITEL report about 85%. Today’s ITEL is maybe 50% at best. I don’t know what’s changed at ITEL but someone needs to take a look at systems that should be in place or further training that may be needed. I’ve been in the flooring industry for 36 years. I installed for over 25, became a certified flooring inspector and flooring sales and repairs specializing in insurance restoration. The inaccuracy is astounding.

Not what I expected
I sent my samples in over a week ago and have yet to hear back from anyone
Waste of time and life
The app crashes all the time. Won’t load. Kills timelines. Asks for material information that it should be providing. Gives pricing based on made up numbers from suppliers that do not exist with caveats that state pricing may have to be cross checked. We are obligated to use this to waste more time on something that could just be handled with standard line item pricing. Shouldn’t be mandatory to use with carriers. Should only have to be used when something is in question. All it accomplishes is wasted time and life.. oh it does add needless frustration.

Not what you’d expect
They’ll find a match there will be multiple colors. All the legwork will be on you to drive around to the supply house and physically match existing siding to new. $184 a pop l, there are better and cheaper services out there.

Should not let insurance company state how to do it tell you should be telling the insurance companies how you do I tell and they can adjust for that

Been using Itel for 15 yrs, Itel now was a great idea to get a faster turn around, haven’t been able to get it to work last several weeks, deleted it reinstalled it several times, restarted my phone…cannot get it to work anymore, frustrating and a waste of my valuable time..
Disappointed really they have the monopoly in this industry and can’t get their app to work….! I hope some competition steps up their game and forces improvement and change….

App doesn't work with iPhone
This app bought a while my camera to focus so all the pictures I take get denied. It's massive waste of time.
What a joke
This company and this app is a complete joke. Nothing more than another tool for insurance companies to make contractors lives more difficult and an excuse to pay insureds as little as they possibly can. Shame on this industry.
Needs a lot of work
Constantly logs me out, prompts me for Face ID, that ID succeeds, then sends me to the log in screen anyway where I have to manually type the password. It also doesn’t tell me how it wants me to measure a laminate shingle since the only ones shown are 3 tab shingles.
Terrible App
Log in with finger print rarely works. Only 3 attempts at log in and you’re locked out for 30 mins. My company phone doesn’t allow the saving of passwords so this is a constant issue.
User Friendly
Although time consuming, this is an extremely user friendly experience. Comes with clear step by step instructions for each photo along with helpful sample photos and videos for each step. As a person who isn’t tech savvy in the slightest, it’s extremely easy to navigate.
Trash
This app is terrible. Pauses my podcast whenever I open it and requires login or faceID every time you open the app.
Nice idea but it doesn’t work
The app is supposed to work with the phones camera from inside the app, but that’s not possible with iPhones, which are the most popular phones.
