ITEMS 2 – the new generation of your personal asset tracker ITEMS 2 is a completely redesigned new generation of the ITEMS app, which we have been developing for several years. It does far more than the original app, it is faster and friendlier – and above all, it needs no account and no server. All your data stays on your phone, under your control. You no longer have to remember what you own, where it is, who you lent it to and when the warranty expires. With ITEMS 2 it is recorded and always at hand. What's new compared to the original ITEMS: - No account, no server: nothing is sent anywhere and the app works offline. - Sharing with family via iCloud Drive: share your whole inventory or just a part of it (say, the cottage) with one or more people. You can even allow them to edit – their changes are merged automatically and the app notifies you. - Stocktaking: walk around, tick off what you found and save a PDF report. The history of stocktakings stays in the app. - QR labels: print labels for your locations, scan them and instantly see what is where. - Maintenance reminders and alerts for expiring warranties or loans – as notifications and directly in the app. - Duplicate check with merging of items. - Bulk changes with confirmation: move or re-categorize many items at once. - Backups: a complete backup including photos in a single file, restore or merge with another backup, CSV export and import for Excel. - Custom fields (text, number, date), tags, PDF attachments (receipts, warranty cards), unlimited photos per item. - Prices in any currency, filter by currency, totals of your assets' value. - Fast scroller, four view modes, 12 sort orders, saved filters, full-text search ignoring accents, Spotlight search. - Dark mode, app lock (Face ID / Touch ID), 7 languages, full iPad support with a two-column layout.
