这个连接好差呀，先不说用一会儿就发烫，这每次连接都得删掉重新下载App真的好麻烦呀，而且不一定有用，改一改吧，体验性真的很差

Just power on Device holding down button, you’ll see a blue flashing light. . . Go to your WiFi & connect to device! Camera super clear!
App is junk
The camera itself is great, the app however is junk. You have to erase and redownload it every time

App has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to use the device more than once. On second use it will continue prompting to join their WiFi even when already connected
Be bird so much better
Worked first time. Now keeps saying connect to network - it is connected but app won’t load up .
Device Doesn’t Connect To App
The ear cleaning device has issues connected to the app. Even when the cleaning device’s is on and the wifi is connected to my phone, the camera doesn’t enable.

Either the app has bugs or is no longer maintained. Does not work.

Can’t connect to WiFi. It says to connect to ITIMo-xxx . There isn’t an option for me to connect to it. I will be returning this.

Haven’t been able to hear out my left ear for a long while. Got the ear cleaner turned it on, connected to it through the wifi, opened this app, clicked allow camera us and boom massive chunk of wax gone. It had blood in it most likely gonna see a gp. Thanks iTimo
稳定性是在开玩笑么，经常局域网联上了app看不到画面
就在安装和卸载间往复循环，每次就刚下载的时候能正常发挥一下

biggest waste of money the reviews done help because none of what the people have said are even options on the app nor do they pop up anywhere. this toll is a disgrace don’t waste your time
