Its fine
The watch is fine, distance traveled is extremely inaccurate but the steps, heart rate, and o2 seem mostly accurate. Though after the most recent update to the watch it has been randomly turning on and turning off all settings (sleep mode, dnd, ect.) it gets REALLY annoying especially when im trying to sleep, fix this please!!!
Update: After the new ai update im no longer using the app or the watch. the watch sucks now anyways and dies in a day.

Refresh delay
It takes too long for the stats to update and also be correct on the activities that I do daily
No watch face options
Ive had this watch for a few years. The silicone band sometimes irritates my skin. I also no longer have watch face options to choose from
Love watch ,not so much the new app
I have an older smartwatch the sport 3 and the new app just does. It work right with it is constantly not updating and I have no watch faces available and I tried resetting my watch and now all my custom watch faces I made with the old app are gone off my watch so I’m stuck with watch faces I don’t want and an app that doesn’t like my watch but I love my watch so that’s a plus I guess ….can I get the old app back lol

App is Trash
I recently purchased an iTOUCH Air 5 smartwatch. The watch is the best of all the generations I have owned, considering the face of my Air 4 fell apart from its casing.

Is left behind. THIS APP IS TRASH-PERIOD NO QUESTION MARK-!!!!!EXCLAIMATION MARK/POINT. The drop down menu that includes the iTOUCH product type, smartphone operating systems or the current iTOUCH app version is not up to date when contacting customer support. Small details like that, must not be important to the company or the developers.
The app consistently disconnects. It doesn’t matter if my smartphone phone is in my pocket, let alone 33 feet away. When the data transmits to the app, the app does not sync the correct data. These are known issues that have been existing since iTOUCH Air3. Please work on your app or scrap it and start working on a new one.
What a shame the smarter your watch becomes, the more useless your app proves to be.

Stop! Its a Scam! Don’t buy from this company
I have place an order for my daughter’s birthday over a month ago. I have asked customer service for updates several times. The package never left their facility. I asked for a cancellation of my order and refund but they refuse. Don’t loose your money buying from this company…
ITOUCH sport
I love the watch but only has 3 different faces and everything I read tells me I can create my own by clicking settings in the upper lines on the upper left but there is no settings options there
Watch faces not found after update
The downloadable watch faces have disappeared from the App after the upgrade to v7.2.0 (264). There was a problem with the older app using an Air SE that would cause the watch to lose the custom watch face and revert back to the default face continually. I was hoping this update would solve this problem. But it introduces a completely new bug “No Watch Faces Found”

I have my location on but the weather won’t update. It counts steps everytime I move my arm so I never know how many steps I actually take. Sometimes the sleep won’t upload to the app. This watch use to have a really good connection and I used to have no problems but not so much anymore.
