التمارين وغالبا الوجبات عامة بشكل كبير جدا .. أظن ان البيانات إللى بيطلبوها فى البداية مش بتفرق كتير فى ترشيحات التمارين.. للأسف تجربة سيئة لا تستحق

Bad app

Whenever I do anything it only show me that I need to sub for money even tho I have the free trail that sucks I don’t recommend this bad app at all

تم سحب من الفلوس من محفطه ابل باي وماشتركتش وكفيش خدمه عملا اعرف اتواصل معاهم عشان يحلو المشكله

Highly recommended

I’ve been using this app for one month now and I can see the difference between after and before but I’m not using the diet because I am a breastfeeding mom and this option not yet in the app but still working very good to me
