How many times do I have to sign in?
2 weeks ago we tracked another nephews progress during a race. The app he used alerted me every mile he accomplished. I can’t even get past the awaiting results screen on this app and the race started 57 minutes ago!

Hours of research and no clear directions on how to track someone. If it works, I could never figure it out. Terrible set up.
App isn’t working
I registered virtually for a race and paid. This is the app that this event is using and it’s not showing under my registered events. Initially it was. Now it’s not. I tried to message the It’s Your Race Team and the in app messaging system will not allow me to send the message. My phone and app are all up to date. There are no other issues except for this app and its makers and developers.

Does not keep login or find all races
Does not keep login. Have to log in almost every time. Would use FaceID but it says I need to login with email even though FaceID is enabled. Search function does not always find races, even though ones I am already registered for.
Just will hang when trying to login
Cannot depend on it. Have to delete and reinstall each time I try to login.

Would be great if it would stop crashing
Originally the app worked great, but then it started crashing randomly. Now it won’t even let me log in, it will just load until it crashes-and it won’t let me make a new account either. I’ve even tried uninstalling it and redownloading it. Now my race is tomorrow and I will have to do without the app. I will probably end up deleting it. It was really nice when it actually worked.

Frustrating and Inaccurate
The app lost my information on the day of my race and listed me as not registered for the race, even though it had confirmed my registration for the event two days prior. Since the registration period had closed, I was not able to use the app to track my race at all. It was worthless.
Won’t link to race I paid/donated to when I registered
Donated to specific race, used same email address for the IYR app and the race donation/fundraiser account. No reply from customer service.

Lack of Customer Support
After registering for a race through the app, I’ve continued to have issues with the race syncing with the app. It doesn’t pop recognize I’ve registered for the race even though I’ve ensured the emails match. I’ve contacted customer support on multiple occasions with not so much as a response or acknowledgement of receipt. Nothing is more frustrating that being ignored.

Great app
At last a user friendly and easy to use app that tracks accurately my progress! Love it
Terrible user interface
Lost data using resume feature. Should be able to save and exit and start a new race when tracking multiple races. Instead of saving data it restarted and I had to manually enter. Also upon sign in it should drop you to a landing page with your races instead of a search page.
App crashed didn’t record my race
The app crashed and logged out, ended up didn’t record my race.....nothing is in the history.

Used this app for our teams virtual race last year and it was very easy to use and navigate.
Great app for virtual races!
I wasn’t sure about signing up for a virtual race, but this app helped to make it feel like a “real, in-person event.” I loved the tracking feature and the ability to send my results in instantly. Great app.
This app is useless
Conveniently this app tracked all 14.2 miles of my first race, then stopped tracking, and didn’t upload or save the data. So...what purpose does the app serve?
