Making nutrition fun!!
As a runner, data is gold and I can never get enough of it!! I was a MFP user but have transitioned to Fuelin and it is a game changer!!!! The smart meals are GOAT and telling it what ingredients I have and it telling me how much of what to weigh to hit my macros is awesome!! I’m not making meals anymore with a scrap bit of paper with figures and equations scribbled all over it! AND I am feeling STRONG!!! There is no afternoon slump because I am so much more aware of timing for meals. I was very much a ‘protein’ focused girlie and I didn’t realise how little carbs I was consumed until it was in my face! Huge wake up call and probably great timing because I’m sure an injury was imminent… THANK YOU FUELIN!!

Dangerously flawed
Shockingly bad. The carb recommendations after over an hour of max effort is zero and for the day below starvation levels even on ‘standard’ weight loss mode. The carbs actually are higher on aggressive mode. This is appalling and dangerous. So many other things wrong with it I don’t have time to write them. The food logging is easy. That’s it.

Improves nutrition to improve performance
This app is super easy to use and helpful in planning/adjusting nutrition during high load days and rest days. I love that the macros are planned around my Trainingpeaks sessions.

I thought I was planning and tracking well until Fuelin introduced some real discipline. Significant improved body composition and supporting increased race performance

This app has been a game changer for me and my training. I am a marathon runner and have been using this app since November 2025z since then, I have lost some weight and have made a new half marathon PR by using gf this as my fueling gf guide for become, during and after training runs. I love how it keeps me in check with my macros to be sure I am getting what my body really needs.
