Great Company Support
I had some issues and their support team were extremely responsive and worked with me. Overall these goggles are a keeper, and the App subscription will appeal to many people. What is great is that the app in sync with your goggles gives you a workout recommendation where you can just jump in the pool and start immediately, on top of accessing your coach (subscription) or other saved workouts.

Thank you for your comments. Premium includes personalized, dynamic plans and workouts and coaching in the app and goggles. Real-time metrics like heart rate are part of the core features and do not require a subscription.
Makes Swimming fun again!
I bought these to give my laps a boost! It sure did. Goggles fit and don’t leak and the smart goggle features are wonderful especially the built in workouts! Great job with this product!
Brilliant Tech, but Demoralizing for Older Swimmers
As a lifelong, active competitive swimmer now training at 80 years old, I bought these smart goggles the second I saw them in Dubai. Physically and technically, they are a masterpiece. My individual stroke metrics—like head pitch and roll—consistently score between 70 and 90.However, FORM’s overall "Form Score" has a massive blind spot: it does not account for age-based pacing metrics. At 80, my 50-yard freestyle pace has naturally gone from 45 seconds to 1:15. Because the algorithm treats a senior masters swimmer the same as a 25-year-old, my overall score is permanently stuck in the 20s. It is incredibly ego-deflating to finish a highly efficient, excellent workout—especially while recently recovering from surgery—only to be insulted by an unyielding algorithm.Building an age-adjusted baseline into fitness software is basic data science. I have formally escalated this issue through FORM’s product support channels twice over the past year. While the support team was highly professional and promised to pass the feedback up the ladder, the engineering team has failed to act. FORM is an otherwise highly likable, innovative Canadian company—please update your software so that older athletes who swim hard can feel motivated, not penalized, by your metrics.

毎回、トレーニング後、多くのデータや統計を確認できて高いモチベーションを維持するにはとても良い。
ただ、場合によってゴーグルの同期後、データが若干ずれるから5つ星付けれない。

App to Garmin issues
Love the goggles, but wish the connectivity for GPS to garmin watches worked better. My Venu 4 won’t connect.
