IM swim is no longer as exhausting
I’ve been doing triathlons since 2008 and a swim, remained one of my biggest challenges as zigzag the entire course and now I feel much more confident in that I don’t have to always be anxious about where the buoy is
Everything is behind a subscription
Frustrating to pay so much for the goggles only to have to pay a monthly fee.

This thing actually works! I had doubts buying the goggles which need monthly subscription to use them, but this premium headcoach is awesome 👏
It monitors your technique and provides really good feedback about your skills and how to improve them. The trainings it creates are great, like you hire a real coach, and maybe even better. So $15/m for this coach comparing to a human one is nothing 💦💦💦

全般的に満足しているけど、二つの改善が欲しい。
1️⃣せっかく、多くのデータを収集できるけどiPhoneの縦と小さい画面で読みにくいからiPad用版の作成が欲しい。
2️⃣ワークアウトの作成は自然ではなく最初、かなり苦戦していた。例、事前選択から選べるようにしてくればもっと簡単になる。

Problems - don’t buy
‘Update required’ - I can’t use the goggles because that’s all it says. I have emailed form and they are useless, I google the problem and that doesn’t help. They are a complete waste of money.

There is no way to proceed to free features in the FTUE! It forces you to sign up for premium then cancel. What a low integrity app design. I can’t believe this passed Apple’s app review
Forced Premium
I would love to try the goggles, but I cannot get past the forced premium payment options, that I don’t want; nor do I want to sign up and immediately cancel. So I cannot set them up. Awaiting developer response to correct the app.

Though watch is good , swim straight feature is good but my open water sea route is not showing .. it’s like pool water types only how to fix it don’t able to understand..
Payment needed
This app and company is ridiculous I was hoping to just buy the goggles and track my calories for swim very quickly. But you need to put in your card information and buy the membership before you can even activate your goggles to turn on. Completely ridiculous and a money scheme from form. I am not comfortable putting my card information into an app and I already payed like 200 bucks for these dumb goggles anyways. The fact you need to buy a membership to even activate the goggles is a sin. And abhorrence.

Have to enter credit information to use goggles.
I had to sign up and register with a credit card to use goggles. Found a phone number to call , but as of today still no response. Goggles seam to be of good quality, going to register and see how the goggle work .

Really cool product and app
This app works really well and the goggles are really fun. I've been swimming with them for 6 months now. The app syncs up to Strava quite easily. I had an issue with a recent update to the firmware and FORM was quite responsive in fixing a feature for me. Great customer service. One small complaint would be about how often they nag about premium features with pop ups in the app.

Inaccurate pace for 20m pools
Regrettably the innovation of Head up functionality is totally undone by inaccurate data. 20m sets display faster pace due to operating as 25m sets and only provides correct data after the set so the goal of live tracking is rendered useless. Shame for those of us who do t have 25yard or 25m pools. Not exactly a difficult fix for a supposedly innovative leadership team from UBC.

Un coach qui ne parle pas votre langue !
C’est incroyable d’avoir développé une technologie de pointe et de ne pas savoir traduire en langue française.
Je parle un peu anglais mais je peux vous assurer que les conseils techniques de mouvements et de nage en anglais … et bien on ne comprend rien et ça rend l’abonnement premium parfaitement inutile pour un français lambda. Pour le tarif c’est quand même affligeant !

Goggles say „Update required“ and no more reaction. So bad
Can’t use the goggles unless you enter credit card
Just downloaded the app and it there is no way to close or bypass the pay part of the app. The goggle will not pair or update until they are synced with the app. There needs to be a close feature or some way to bypass the free subscription. Sure the first month is free but I always forget to cancel them and then get charged and I just do t want to deal with entering my cc info. Hopefully there is a fix for this soon.
