Nice idea poorly executed
So many flaws with the program its doesn’t really function. I am gutted to have paid for the subscription
Just keeps better!
Have been using HumanGO for nearly two years now and very happy with the flexibility that allows me to self coach.
Non existent customer service ?
I’m using in the app in the last 4-5 weeks. Messaged them through the app and also via email , asking questions about the app and how things works. I just want a human to explain things. No one got back to me. The tickets just keep getting closed. The monthly fee is not cheap. But having non existent customer service is ridiculous.

Love the new updates!
I’ve had HumanGO for a while but have been loving the addition of new activities beyond just running and cycling. I can accurately plan and track all of my progress now and the app fits the variety of different exercises that I regularly do
Critical tool for day to day fitness and event readiness
HumanGo has been a critical tool for both my day to day fitness and event readiness. This summer I’m scheduled for a long hike, a century ride and a 10 mile run about a month apart each.
HumanGo allows me to set a goal for the last event (run) with interim goals for the hike and ride, along with general fitness if I choose. It recommends workouts every day that push me without overtraining. It also has the flexibility to change workouts based on my schedule, schedule days off and switch from run to bike for example. At the same time it tracks activities from my Apple Watch as I do them, even if not scheduled.
This has been a game changer for how I manage my fitness and training.
