Great triathlon training app

I’ve been using this app for several years now and I’ve accomplished all of my goals from Olympic all the way to a full Ironman. Customer service is great. I do miss the podcast but thank you so much for this app it’s been a fun and great journey.

Amazing App and Program for Triathlon and Running

6months ago I thought I would never be ‘fast’ again after loosing a lot of fitness over the previous 6-8months, but I put my trust in the mottiv half marathon plan and it expertly guided me to a 1:37 half (4:37/km) today on a hilly course! It was a PB by over 5minutes!!!!!! So pleased with that and thankful for the mottiv program. Just wait for another 6month!!!!

Don’t use this app for training for a half or full marathon

Worst training app. The customer service is the worst ever. I asked for help with the app about a problem with the times not adding up and they blamed me that it was my fault that they had a glitch in there app. I wouldn’t use this for training for a half or full marathon it’s not realistic on what the app expects you to do. Also if it tells you that a workout should last around 90 mins plan more for 2hrs or more if you are a average runner and not a wold record beaker. If your a woking person like most of us it’s not a convent app to use because the workout times are not true to what they say. Since we all that work are training for a half or full marathon are tight on time and getting the right amount of runs in this is not the right app to use.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I checked with our customer service team about this issue to understand what may have happened. Our workouts are written with a maximum time, then we inform athletes to complete as much of the workout as they are able to within the time frame allowed. It sounds like this individual was on the slower side and couldn't finish all the workouts in the time frame allowed, we informed them of how to adjust their training and they didn't like the answer provided. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused, but many MANY people with a wide range of goals, abilities, and training paces use the app with great success.

very intrusive with strava

instant one star and delete for posting a stupid message on strava. I would have not mind you adding a subtle “powered by Mottiv” in the post of the run… but adding a stupid message with MOTTIV in capital… is just super intrusive. So counter productive because now everyone can see in the feed that mottiv post stupid message when publishing the run… anyway i don’t trust you. If you are capable of doing this, i don’t even imagine what you would do with our data
