Linked accounts
After I got this app setup I spotted the link accounts tab, so clicked it and noticed I could link Strava, I thought great so linked it, great! But I can’t see anywhere in this app where I can sync Strava info over to it! Which I thought was strange considering I have “linked” Strava and swim.com and there for still have to input my swims manually which is kind of annoying after linking them😞

Buggy and zero tech support response when you create a ticket
The app appears to double count some strokes leading to misleading distances. I created a trouble ticket, sent them the verification code that was generated to validate myself and then….nothing. Sent them a follow up email and….. nothing. The app apparently is only as good as the support behind it. Right now I wouldn’t recommend it.

Swim tracking good. Watch syncing terrible
This is a great app while you’re swimming. Rarely miscounts a lap or identifies a stroke wrong.
However, when it comes to syncing your watch back with your phone, it’s a terrible experience. The swim sometimes will never appear in the phone app and just get stuck on the uploading button. Other third party activity tracking apps deal with this fine. This is a serious bug and needs to be fixed to make this a good app.

So bad
What have you done to this app. The tracking on the Apple Watch is so inaccurate it doesn’t even resemble what I possible on Earth. How does a 2k swim take 31 years? How does a person even swim 32 years continuously. Something is seriously wrong since the last update. Please fix it.
Yet again an app that fails after an update
As one of the apps longest serving users I have sadly come to the end of my time with this app. I continually have swims disappear off my watch before they can be synched or I start the app and notice half way through my swim that it hasn’t recorded anything at all. This seems to have occurred after the latest update, so assume it is a bug they can’t be bothered to fix. Extremely disappointing.
