Not able to cancel subscription nor even check what account they’re using
I’m very frustrated with dead links to contact customer service… disconnected calls…
And NO way to even cancel… I am calling my bank to assist as there is no response and no way to even contact customer service… insane they can just collect info and then keep going without communication with anyone.

Not free
Downloaded the app because it said it was free. But you have to set up an account which requires you to pay at minimum $40 a month or $400 a year. Not so free! It may work well but I wasn’t ready to spend so much on it.
Such a shame!
This is actually an amazing app that would be wonderful if there was any customer support….but there isn’t. Even if you pay, you will ask a question and get no response for weeks, after which, you will realize that any other method would be superior. Don’t waste your time even doing a trial, it’s not worth the headaches.

Not really a free app
This app should put the (contains in-app purchases) in the store. I got through all the set up (marketing grabbing info) and it told me to go to the desktop to “add your crops”. I go there and it won’t let me get past a “free-trial” page. Free trials don’t count as free apps.
