Not able to cancel subscription nor even check what account they’re using
I’m very frustrated with dead links to contact customer service… disconnected calls…
And NO way to even cancel… I am calling my bank to assist as there is no response and no way to even contact customer service… insane they can just collect info and then keep going without communication with anyone.

Not free
Downloaded the app because it said it was free. But you have to set up an account which requires you to pay at minimum $40 a month or $400 a year. Not so free! It may work well but I wasn’t ready to spend so much on it.
Such a shame!
This is actually an amazing app that would be wonderful if there was any customer support….but there isn’t. Even if you pay, you will ask a question and get no response for weeks, after which, you will realize that any other method would be superior. Don’t waste your time even doing a trial, it’s not worth the headaches.

Not really a free app
This app should put the (contains in-app purchases) in the store. I got through all the set up (marketing grabbing info) and it told me to go to the desktop to “add your crops”. I go there and it won’t let me get past a “free-trial” page. Free trials don’t count as free apps.

Aside from helping me get rid of my excel sheets, they even have an Online Store feature to let me sell my produce!

Very promising but no customer service
Started 14 days trial.
Noticed some issues with program and send emails to customer service but no response a week now.

The app isn’t usable because no crop options show up so that I can even a pick a crop type to start with in the app. Please fix this and I’ll review it again. Thanks

Thanks for the feedback – we're looking to make an update here. For now, Tend has a robust online platform – you can log on to app.tend.com to do a one-time set up the crops and varieties you grow, and once you do, you can begin to utilize the mobile app. Feel free to reach us at hello@tend.com with additional questions.

It literally saves me and my team from so many headaches. It’s great for creating a detailed crop plan and forecasting my harvest calendar. I can see any gaps in production and it auto calculates the amount of seed I need to order. It handles all our non sales organic certification record keeping. I can’t speak highly enough about this tool. It definitely makes having to update spreadsheets look like a thing of the past.

Awesome- I’ve been waiting for this
An awesome cloud based solution for managing vegetable production (and more). Tend provides me with a powerful way to visualize, plan, and achieve my growing plan- especially the detailed records that are important to me (and my organic certifier). For years I used my own custom database, which did the job but always fell short of what I needed. Tend offers multiple useful views ranging from greenhouse seeding, to flat usage summary, and field usage summary. Their customer support is always very responsive and they are always adding very thoughtful new features.
