I’ve owned my tree for years. I’ve always loved it with no issues until I got a new iPhone 17 pro max. The app and tree are not connecting well and I’m having to reboot my phone to reset the app/tree. Please update. I don’t want to buy a different tree.
Won’t work anymore
I have to delete app and reload every time I want to use it and it doesn’t always work when I do that. Really disappointed. Use to work great!
Worst decision They ever made
WHY IN THE LIVING WORLD DID THEY DISCONTINUE ALL OF THIER PRODUCTS😔 IT MAKES NO SINCE, my family and I have had this tree for 11 years, and its probably my favorite part of Christmas, but we can’t get another one because it’s discontinued…why, this was the best tree ever made and they had to ruin it… cmon guys😔😭🙏

TURN OFF WIFI TO USE
Was having trouble with this, app just kept crashing. Read another review that said it works when not on WIFI and it works! So just turn off WiFi before opening app!!!!
App crashes
The application started crashing as my phones got newer! Now i have no control of the lights because the app does not launch on my iphone 16

Can y’all update the app to let users pick colors and patterns. It’s an ok product but the app is to limited to what you can do.

Broken on IOS 14
App no longer works. Needs to be updated to work on IOS 14.
Still broken 4 years later. App hasn’t been updated in 9 years, but worked until security updates in iOS 14. Wrote to the developer. Doubt I will hear anything back or the app patched

Please please update or at least keep the app active!! I have had my tree forever and I absolutely love it. Currently my lights are on fade and without the app they cannot be changed. Thank you for putting out a tree that has lasted this long!!

Would love to change my lights to solid or the wave effect. The small white lights have already died and can’t seem to fix that issue either.
Great Tree…
But the developers for this tree were obviously a one shot only manufacturing team. No updates and the Bluetooth connectivity is nonexistent after the first couple of years. Disappointing.
App Issue Workaround
I found that I can control the tree if I am not connected to WiFi and connect using Bluetooth. Hopefully this helps others that still have this amazing tree!
