Stella, the nurse practitioner, and her nurse, Joan, were both efficient, knowledgeable and kind to me when I felt horribly sick. I will definitely use this system again. It saved me time in getting ready when I felt miserable not wanting to go in person and wait in line. Thank you for this service. It truly helps.

Virtual Success!!
We discovered that my 2 year old had pink eye late in the day on a Friday and we drove 45 minutes to get to the urgent care clinic in Bloomington. When we arrived we found out they were booked until close. Rather than turning us away they gave us the virtual care app. We were able to get into a virtual appointment within 15 minutes and got an immediate prescription sent to the pharmacy!!! We are so excited that we can go virtual instead of make the drive all the way to Bloomington. We will definitely be using this app in the future when we or our kids have issues!

Technical difficulty
System went down during visit. Provider called me back. During our conversation system came back up and I connected with her but video didn’t load. The provider was great and we did get everything accomplished.

Great service offered. Janet was super nice and empathetic.
I would like to suggest that information the patient enters for the visit becomes visible to the provider and populates their chart. It seems unnecessary to repeat it and wastes the provider’s time asking questions that you already should know the answer to, and then manually inputting that data again.

First Virtual Visit
I tried going to my local urgent care and was turned away at two different locations because it was too late. The last one gave me the virtual visit flyer and I decided to give it a try. It was the best experience ever!! The physician was amazing. Thank you!!

Dropped me
It took several tries to complete the check-in and be added to the queue. Each time, I was bumped off the app and would have to start all over again. Ver frustrating. Once I was finally in the queue and not kicked off, I appreciated the update about how many people were in front of me for that provider.

Virtual Visit
Doctor Moser handled the whole visit with the utmost respect, concern, and thoroughness! This was my first virtual visit and to be able to talk with her about my symptoms and the progression of my health was not only easy but also fun! The fact that the doctor is able to send my pharmacy more prescriptions is a blessing! Thank you IU Health!
