Fix you terrible app!!!
Imagine you’re a billionaire who donated a ton of $, and this app is how you have to fetch your tix
You see a pixelated logo when you boot up the app for the first time, and it’s an accurate preview of the what’s to come. They spent so much time trying to fill the app with content that they overlooked the basics - when creating an account/verifying your email, it sends you a code to your email. By the time you switch apps to get your code and come back, it logged you off of that session and you have to fetch another code. Didn’t add all your tickets to your wallet? You’ll have to log in again. Is there a place to privately share any of this with anyone, like a customer service page? There is not. So we find ourselves here.

Safari browser not supported
I am so frustrated with this app. Constantly logged you out. You can’t save your password. Now it’s telling me my Safari browser is not supported, even though the message says Safari is one of the supported browsers! While I love the tickets being on this app, the lack of self service at the stadium and the Sports complex area make it difficult to access on game days! I’ve learned to transfer to my Apple wallet and take screenshots of my tickets before getting to the stadium. Because I know getting the app to work once you’re there is nearly impossible.

Latest update causing issues
The latest update to iOS app says Safari is an unsupported browser and forces signing to full site - which defaults to Safari. Used to work great til last update
They aren’t IU -Athletics-!!!
Everything else is pretty cool. Why in the world can’t you get the name of the team right? Tired of notifications saying “IU Athletics” won or lost or whatever.

Notifications of IU games constantly refers to them as the “Athletics”. I hope you might fix it. Otherwise, good app. :-)
Where are the additional links in articles/stories?
The answer is on the Full Site that you have to go to from “More” in the app. The additional links should be hot links available in the articles on the app. No reason in the world to have to go to the Full Site to see postgame quotes, notes, etc.
Notifications do not work and new app version
I have an iPhone 15 and I’m no longer receiving notifications with the new version of the app. Seems to be a bug somewhere and hope it gets fixed soon.
New version is a step back
The old app had all things needed on game day in one place and you could listen to the radio broadcast from the app without being referred to another app. Not good.
App no longer sons notifications
I have notifications turned on to push start and end and recaps and yet I get no notifications. I used to, but the newer version of the app is no longer working. Please fix!

Won’t allow enough time to log in…
I downloaded the app because the email which contained my digital women’s BB tix suggested it would be simple to manage them from the app. Download went smoothly, and I created an account, but when I try to log in to transfer my tix or to change my password, I have about five seconds, then the screen flashes, and I receive a message that my session has expired… So, is it me? Am I just not fast enough? Or do I not know what I’m doing. A little help please. Thanks.

I love that the app pops up to remind me that a game is about to start and what channel it is on.
Home Page Issues
First time I opened the app at the home page I picked schedule at the bottom. No football game listed for the 24th but other events listed the following week. Biggest IU sports event in the last 6 months and it doesn’t show up on the schedule?
