Frustrating
The app is no native app but only a web app (webview with a fixed url to the website) which does not work offline and forces you permanently to log in anew once the session terminated. Nothing is stored in your device. It took me a lot of time to understand how to register my family.

Un’app davvero ben fatta, tutte le informazioni sul Giubileo sono raccolte in un unico posto, con aggiornamenti costanti e contenuti chiari. Davvero un ottimo strumento per vivere al meglio l’esperienza del Giubileo.
Great idea; but poor execution
This app is a great idea, and appears to give access to many of the features of the Jubilee.
However, the app is a bit clunky, and it is not very user-friendly. For example, I fat fingered my name when I entered it, and accidentally misspelled it. There is no way within the app to corrected the error, and there is no link to any help organization to correct the error for me. Even if I go to “edit account data” within the app, it only allows me to update information like address, phone number, and passport.
I also understand about controlling access, but being required to enter a passport or other ID number as well as date of birth seems a bit strange … especially, when the summary on the app page says that the developer does not collect any personal information.

While it is important for me to visit the Vatican, under what circumstances do they need my passport number, date of birth, address, etc. for a registration. You CANNOT use this app to book an jubilee events without FIRST giving all this private info.
