Why so complicated?

What ever happened to plug and play? This is the craziest setup I’ve ever seen. I’m 75 years old and all I want is a roomba to clean up my floors. The hoops I’m going through are ridiculous.

Not for the Roomba

If the QR code on your new Roomba won’t work and you Googled the app and it brought you here — turn.and.run. This is not the right app. It is free to download, but in-app license purchase to actually do anything, and it takes a license to get far enough to realize the mistake you made. App developer says they can’t refund, so call Apple. Apple says contact the developer. I’m out $30 on this hoax.
