Not for the Roomba
If the QR code on your new Roomba won’t work and you Googled the app and it brought you here — turn.and.run. This is not the right app. It is free to download, but in-app license purchase to actually do anything, and it takes a license to get far enough to realize the mistake you made. App developer says they can’t refund, so call Apple. Apple says contact the developer. I’m out $30 on this hoax.

I didn’t even want this thing. I was trying to download a specific app for my smart vet. This thing popped up and immediately told me I needed a one year subscription for access to the.. I thought that was weird because I had never heard of that. But I paid the $30 and soon realized it didn’t even have my smart VAC listed in it and it was the completely. Now all I want is my freaking $30 back, but I have no way to get in touch with the customer service. This is a scam. THIS IS A SCAM. THIS IS A SCAM.
