An app from the 90s

A disjointed mess where signing in sometimes just stops working. BigIP error message. Has been this way for years. Not sure it’s ever been updated. Needs a complete overhaul and a native HTML5 website to align it with a regular modern platform.

It doesn’t allow me to login. The app updates haven’t fixed the login bug. I’ve even tried reinstalling the app.

I can login to the website but the app won’t accept the same login credentials.

Frustrating and I expect better than this!
