Updates dauern zu lange
Eigentlich ist das eine gute App. Die App ist eine Vorgabe für mein dienst iPhone.
Aber: Nach fast jedem iOS Update ist der Kontakte-Export nicht mehr möglich. Der Schalter in der App ist ausgegraut und eine Synchronisation mit dem iPhone findet nicht mehr statt.
Heißt: bei Anrufen auf dem iPhone werden nur noch die Telefonnummern, nicht aber die Namen angezeigt. Somit ist das iPhone fast unbrauchbar. Bis zum nächsten Update der App. Dann wird das immer gefixt. Das dauert aber leider nach den iOS-Updates viel zu lange. Meistens 5-6 Wochen. So lange ist das iPhone nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Sehr ärgerlich. Ist übrigens kein Einzelfall. Der IT-Support meines Arbeitgebers bestätigt mir das Verhalten der App.

Terrible
The only consistent aspect of the app is that it fails to update on a regular basis. Pull down the screen and it still doesn’t update. I have to remove and reinstall the app for my emails to refresh.
Not compatible with new iPhone 17 iOS
I had zero issues with this app before switching to iPhone 17 but now I’m having constant configuration errors and have to delete and reinstall the app constantly.

App OK, aber der Erinnerungston für Termine ist aber äußerst aufdringlich und lässt sich leider nicht ändern…
Seit letztem Update geht leider gar nichts mehr…
Es lassen sich seit dem Update keine Mails mehr aktualisieren und abrufen… habe einen 2 Tage alten Verlauf, damit ist die App aktuell komplett unbrauchbar.
Horrible bugs after update
Actions taken on an email are actually applied to a different email! It deletes or moves the email at the top of my inbox, not the one I selected. How is this company still in business? Terrible so and unacceptable code quality. Worst app I’ve ever used even before this bug. Now it’s completely unusable.

Latest update needs improvement
Biggest issue is when deleting an email or moving one to a folder, it automatically deletes or moves the most recent email in my inbox rather than the one I select. Basically makes both of those important functions useless.
Extremely slow
At times I chose to wait to get home and check the corporate email, as it’s often a frustratingly slow experience.
Shameful app
No background refresh or live notifications of emails. Very backward app with very few utilities found in almost every other email app available. Cannot configure diary for look - no colour options, so limited in terms of accessibility.
Sub par user interface.
I can’t believe it is 2022 and this is the best email app offered by mobile iron
Basic
This app I’m forced to use for work, it never enabled fingertip ID and now refuses to utilise Face ID. Proven to be multiple times more secure than a 90 day password. UX hasn’t updated in years and was appalling in 2017. This app alone makes me reconsider the company I work for. Nothing else to add.

New Message Notification Error
Every 6 minutes I receive a new message notification when no new message is received
Fake notifications are real
The reviews are right. Phone notifications arrive but nothing is there. 20 or so a day. Please fix
Endless Fake Notifications
I get roughly 25-50 notifications a day for literally nothing. It’s really obnoxious and defeats the purpose of e-mail on the phone. Please fix this!!

E-mail+ should be rebranded to E-mail (negative). It is a terrible app with extremely limited functions. Compatibility with iOS is awful.
Where do I begin 🙄
App gives false alerts for new emails. App alerts you for emails until you open them. One alert is more than enough, I do not need to be alerted every 5 minutes until all emails have been opened. Do better!!
These updates would be helpful
Notifications working would allow a more robust experience along with the ability to delete certain auto populated stores emails. If you no longer email a person or the address changed / incorrect, we have to see that email address every time the search thinks it should be included.

What a disgrace.
The push notifications work so well that they don’t work at all. This app is almost pointless I’m glad this is my work email where customers get ahold of me. I wouldn’t want to have to communicate with them effectively while I’m in the field.
