Prompt for IOS 20.0 for access ?
I recently purchased a new iPhone and today I tried to add Ivanti Go app onto my cellphone but when attempting to add my login credentials I received a prompt stating I needed IOS update 20.0 as I recall, the latest IOS update is 18.5

Worst MDM solution ever.
Stay with in-house builds. This solution is a pain to deal with in a daily basis. Want to piss off your employees? This is the right tool.

This app and Ivanti MDM is a dumpster fire! Do yourself a favor and use Jamf for MDM. If your company uses Ivanti do yourself and your company a favor and tell them to switch!
Awful User Experience
This is an awful user experience. I can understand that this app is required; however, to FORCE an icon for app catalog to the Home Screen that cannot be removed from home is not acceptable. Combine your apps into one please and give users back control of their Home Screen.

Buggy app that requires me to restart my phone every few days or else my various work apps stop working. Only started when my institution changed to using this app.

Errors
This app does not work all you receive is errors mostly “Network timeout” on or off of WiFi, then the error I love “ oops something went wrong “ WTH is that? Fix this thing ppl are relying on it to access outlook & don’t say able the tunnel vpn that doesn’t help either!
Least reliable app on my phone
Constantly bounces between connected and disconnected with an error. Easily the least reliable app on my phone and constantly making it difficult to use.

It just works. Followed the steps, got all of my works apps seamlessly pushed and configured.

App always tries to install
To all who have this pop up issue, go to settings, general, then vpn and device management. Then remove mobileiron or ivanti as a manager. Best of luck.
App notifications
I am receiving install requests every few minutes and I have deleted the app.
Horrible App
Even after deleting it, I still get notifications from the app numerous times a day. Save yourself a headache and do not download it. Seriously.
App keeps trying to reinstall
I deleted this all about a week ago, and easily 6 times a day I get a notification that it’s trying to reinstall on my phone. Whatever you do DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP you will never get away from it. Apple please help out everyone and remove this app from the App Store.
Worst ever
I hope sometime soon Baxter upgrades to something better. It’s a pain to spend extra time on a weekend to try to get this to work. It’s a complete waste of time.
Not sure what the problem is…
I keep un-installing this app but it KEEPS trying to reinstall. I keep getting back to back notices and I’m not sure why. My remote job had me download the app and now I am no longer with them. I’m not sure how to fix this. So be careful when you download this app.
HOW DO YOU GET RID OF IT????
My employer advised us to delete the app as we aren’t using it any more. Now and every hour I get a notice it’s trying to install. Please, how do we stop this?? I wish they would have never made us use it now. This is so frustrating.
