I need help

I’m just now discovering this app and i downloaded it but when i opened it didn’t give me the option to create an account it just gave me the option to log in even though this is my first on the app

Can’t even sign up

I downloaded the app thinking I would sign up for a joint account but all I saw was a log in button and can’t find anywhere to go to actually sign up for account… worst experience ever

Closed my account with no explanation with months of no reply from support.

I tried to sign in and it just says my account was closed, to contact support. I have emailed multiple times over half a year or more and have never received an explanation, or help, or any acknowledgment at all. Are they even still an operating company?? Was a great app while it lasted…
