An amazing transformation
A while ago, I left a 1-star review complaining about the jammed physical racks at Romana/Unirii and how hard it was to use the service for a quick A-to-B commute. I have to say, this new update is a complete 180-degree turn! The new app and the dockless smart lock system (blue zones) solved literally every old frustration. No more jammed racks, just a modern, flexible, and reliable bike-sharing system.
Since you fixed the core system so beautifully, I have one suggestion for the next map update: please consider adding a digital parking area (blue zone) along the Mihai Bravu - Dristor axis. Connecting the Dristor subway hub with Auchan Vitan, Kaufland, and extending to ParkLake would be the ultimate "last-mile" commute solution for thousands of residents.
Amazing revamp, you guys really listened to the commuters!

Blocare plata abonament
In momentul in care am vrut sa achizitionez un abonament , s-a blocat plata si nu am reusit sa anulez sau sa sterg contul .
Drept urmare nu am putut inchiria impreuna cu prietenii mei bicicleta ( mentionez faptul ca la ei a funcționat ).
Chiar daca apare non-stop, nu se mai pot achizitina abonamente dupa ora 22:00

Don’t recommend
You need to return the bike to the same station where you picked it up, and you can’t take more than one bike. I wasn’t able to get a bike for my child after I had already taken one for myself for 2 hours, and I couldn’t cancel the order anymore. When I arrived at the rental point in the park, it turned out I couldn’t take another bike because I needed to return to the original station and return my bike. Thank you for making our family day so awful!

Almost nothing works 99% of the time
Just as the title says, the app is unusable, will not unlock bikes for unknown reasons, everytime i want to use it i have to try to unlock multiple bikes just to get the same 2 errors. Can not lock bikes sometimes even, the app does not register that you locked the bike so if you forget to check it you might have a surprise that the timer has not stopped when you know you left the bike at the dock station. TWO TIMES already it has happened that the app will not stop the timer and i also can not stop it manually because, again, of some unknow error. If somehow you get to unlock a bike after 50 tries, it will not be a pleasure to ride, its 50/50 that the transmission works properly, sometimes the light wont work, the seat might be crooked and stuck so you cant fix it. And they want you to pay for this

Aplicatia mi a acceptat datele la a 3a încercare si asta a durat 20’. Intre timp personalul de la fata locului nefiind instruit sa asiste, a spus de mai multe ori ca nu stie ce sa faca, se intrebau intre ei ce sa faca si se fofilau, ignorandu ma pe cat posibil.

Am zis si eu sa incerc sa folosesc aplicatia impreuna cu alti 5 amici si ne am trezit dupa o pregatire de o ora, si un chin sa ne adunam intr un loc unde sa si gasim suficiente biciclete ( la ora 21 perioada in care se presupune ca poti folosi doar aplicatia ) si sa ne trezim dupa ce am facut plata la subscriptie ca nu putem accesa bicicletele din cauza unor verificari ce nu au fost notificate , mentionez ca am aplicatia de 2 zile .

Very hard to use and a lot of bugs
I wanted to take a ride with my wife and spent approx 30 min to rent 2 bikes and did not succed. First of all you can rent only 1 bike with an ID and when I did want to take the bike it had a bug within the app and the money were taken from account. The best part is that operators can help you and they were prompt.

Având in vedere ca am mai folosit iVelo in toamna anului trecut, aplicația nu mai ma recunoscut si a fost foarte greu sa reusesc sa reinoiesc contul.Duoa aproximativ 30 min si multe telefoane la numărul de asistenta am reușit sa deblochez o bicicleta.Din păcate soția nu a reușit sa închirieze o bicicleta, chiar dacă iVelo a încasat de 5 ori câte 1 Leu de pe card. Deci in concluzie am plătit 5 lei doar sa ne enervam.
Cu siguranta a fost ultima experiența a noastră cu aceasta companie de închiriere biciclete.
