Aqua alta does not work
Aqua alta does not work. I always get date of 7th, 8th and 9th of July. Actual date is October 17.
Doesn't work
This app is full of bugs and doesn't work at all... I put in a from location, then when I click "arrival" to tell it where I want to go, I just get a spinning wheel the whole time

Not updated and really hard to use and understand
Two main critiques:
- The timetable is not updated, that makes it not reliable and not usable. I just lost a boat and I'll be waiting for 20 mins.
- It's not easy to use at all. You don't understand what direction the boat is going, and what is the actual time of your boat. Also, if you are taking a boat in the evening, you will have to scroll down the whole day's timetable.
I used the previous version of this app and it was great, they just had to update the timetable.

Line to Torcello
I, too, found it desperately needs updating. Line numbering changed in November 2011. Why is is out of date be at least six months??

Just as ACTV keep changing line numbers and where some of them go, the app needs updating, also it's a bit unstable at times but really helps with figuring out the majority of journeys as the numbers only really changed from 42 - 4.2 etc.
Amazing helpful during my stay in Venice.
This app was so helpful to me on top of the map of the waterbus routes. It gives so much information and makes it easy to get anywhere.
