About

Turn your iPhone into your work phone. Sign in and you can take and make business calls over Wi-Fi or mobile data, showing your company number instead of your personal one. No second handset, no forwarding, no giving out your mobile. TWO WAYS TO CONNECT IVR Solutions account Enter your phone number and password. Your extension, caller IDs, company directory and call history arrive already set up. Your own PBX Already running Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio or OpenSIPS? Point the app straight at it. Enter the WebSocket address your provider gave you — any host, any port, any path — plus your username and password, and you are registered. Everything a real deployment needs is there: STUN and TURN servers with credentials, a separate SIP domain, an auth username and an auth realm, and a display name of your choosing. Your credentials go to your server. Not ours. CALLS THAT BEHAVE LIKE CALLS • HD voice over WebRTC • Ring on the lock screen and appear in Recents, through CallKit • Reach you even when the app is closed • Mute, speaker, hold and resume • A keypad during the call, for IVR menus and conference PINs • Caller names resolved from your directory and your phonebook THE PART AFTER THE CALL • Notes you write while you talk, saved against that call and readable later • History filtered by missed, incoming and outgoing, with search • Your company directory and your phone contacts in one list • Choose which of your business numbers to show as caller ID WHEN SOMETHING SOUNDS WRONG Open Audio check. Watch your microphone level move as you speak — if the bar does not move, you know in two seconds that the problem is the microphone and not the line. Play a test tone through the earpiece or the speaker on the same audio path a call uses, and hear the difference as you switch. Most softphones make you place a real call to find out. This one does not. WHAT YOU NEED An IVR Solutions account from your administrator, or your own SIP/WebRTC server. Call history, the company directory and caller-ID selection come with an IVR Solutions account. Own-server accounts get the dialler, contacts, calling and the audio check.

Bring your own PBX Third-party servers are properly supported now. Enter the whole WebSocket address your provider gave you — any host, any port, any path. The old form could only build one fixed shape of URL, so providers serving on /sip or /webrtc could not be reached at all. STUN and TURN are configurable, which is what fixes a call that connects but carries no audio on mobile or restricted networks. Advanced settings cover a separate SIP domain, auth username, auth realm and display name. A new look A cleaner green interface throughout, with a redesigned home screen and a sharper logo. Audio check, rebuilt Watch your microphone level live as you speak, with a plain verdict — too quiet, clear, or clipping. The speaker test now loops and has its own volume, so you can switch between earpiece and speaker and hear the difference immediately. Fixed • Signing in to your own server no longer leaves a previous IVR Solutions session behind it. • Signing in to your own server no longer depends on reaching our servers. • Corrected a large gap between the number and the keypad. • The call screen no longer shows "null" in place of an unknown caller.
