Don’t trust this site it’s a scam
Spent over $150 on products which I never received waiting 3 months received one out of seven items. Customer service had given me no answers as to when i will get a refund. they charge the customer insurance on items they ship but not refund when the products don’t show up. Customer service gives you the runaround. I have asking for a refund for 2 months. The website and app or a complete scam.

These reviews are fake
There is no possible way these reviews are real. Every single item in my order was absolute garbage. I order from many online overseas companies and every now and then I get a bad product but this company is just trash. Every item was made like a cheap Halloween costume. Nothing like photos and the material is a joke. It also took over a month to arrive and smelled like melted plastic when I opened it.

Delivery is slow-ish but customer service is easy to reach and responds quickly!
Thieves
Don’t order from these people you can’t reach them by phone. I spent 2 weeks trying to get a refund and still haven’t received it. So they will make double on the money I spent by resaleing my dresses I sent back. They refuse to even talk to you. Their clothes are very cheap. Buy from someone else their clothes are not worth your money.

Horrible service - thieves
Never received products ordered back in April, they don’t have a customer service number, it takes days for them to reply!
Went back and forth, I have a chain of emails, finally after pricing that I didn’t receive their products and proved that most of the product didn’t even have a tracking number created they blame it on the “shipper”. Yea well who is that? They don’t even try to help with the “shipper”, they don’t even offer a refund, they just say sorry for the inconvenience.
How is it that a company with so many bad reviews is allowed to still have an active app platform!?

I rather shop at Shein
Just like shein except the return process. Doing a return process was not the greatest. I don’t know if I was looked at the wrong page but y’all should really state that returns are going to be at ones cost. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. Not to mention when I told customers service I wanted to do a return they wanted to offer me 25% back for what I paid for and to just keep the items. If it was a 15$ purchase then I wouldn’t really care but it was a 300$ purchase. Absolutely not. I will not be shopping on this site/app again.

It’s alright
Look this app is just like shien easy to navigate and cheap for a fast fashion site. but I've been having a difficult time with customer service not wanted to send me a return slip. They keep offering coupons or giving me 25% back to want i paid for. When all i wanna do is return the items.
Your not trusted company
I order last sep 22,2021 and until now you never deliver my order, and you need to be responsible to your customer after you get the payment you just ignore and now it's all gone I need my money back!!

So far most of my purchases have been good. I’ve had a few hiccups due to sizing and material, but those were a few compared to what to the amount I have purchased from the site. Luckily I have sisters and nieces whom I can gift it to.
No Return Policy
This app has nice clothing in beautiful styles but the return policy is one of the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Firstly you must either contact customer service through WhatsApp or Email which they can take up to 24+ hours to respond. Seconds they will spend some time just trying to find your order. Even with the email/phone number you use for the account isn’t enough. They need the numbers of the orders and clothing. Finally 4 days after the whole process begins they give you an option of a 10% cash back or $7 cash coupon and you’re unable to return. Though their clothes are cute and of nice quality I can never buy from here again because of this policy.

This app have very amazing outfits and sets. It is well organized and customer service is great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Ordering & Materials used
I’ve ordered a few times from this company and even though it does take a while to get your product due to customs coming into the US, I did receive my order within a timely manner. I purchased 5 tops. The quality is good and all were true to size. I was weary at first about ordering something from over seas because of horror stories I’ve heard, but by keeping an eye on the tracking there were no issues and I am happy with the merchandise.

Horrible Clothing and Service
Took a month and a half for my clothes to come even though they kept promising they’d already been shipped the tracking kept saying nothing. My first package was stolen because I had to leave town and they dropped it to my door in a high traffic area rather than my paid locker. They refused to open a claim ticket or reimburse me. They split my order into 3 and sent them with different carriers which was confusing and my delivery preferences disregarded. When my other two packages came the clothing looked like Halloween costumes. The matching skirt and top set was such flimsy material and ill-sewn, resulting in ill fit. The girl in the picture looked classy, I looked like I was going to a funeral or costume party. I’m sending everything back and anticipating problems with the return, the customer service is appalling, I’m still not sure if I was ever talking to a real person or if it was a robot. I will not order anything else from them, they own several other sites by different names, beware!

SCAM
This is clearly a scam. I downloaded the app after seeing it advertised on Facebook. When reviewing the app, “points” is spelled wrong. I am so glad I checked the review before wasting money. Also, the fact that you guys are asking people to remove negative reviews screams SCAM! You should want honest reviews. Take the reviews and better your company instead of trying to fraud people.

Never received
First off it takes a whole month to receive 1 item. I ordered a dress for my babyshower. When it finally shows out for delivery, it never comes and somehow FedEx marks it delivered the next day. I was home all day and I have a doorbell camera. They told me the shipper had to file a claim. I contacted Ivrose which takes forever cause they are on a different time than US. U can only talk to them at 2am or later. Finally after a week of back and forth. They say they can resend it. They said the sent out on June 29. Here it is July 9 and FedEx still don’t have the package. I will never order with them again. EVER

Please don’t buy into this app. Scams. Took so long for my order to get here, $72 down the drain. The clothes are not even close to good quality. Totally different from the pictures. Wrong size,wrong quality. When you get the clothes, it isn’t even from IVROSE. Don’t fall for it! Unless you want to waste your money. Get together to report these scams. Honestly.
