Helpful & Useful in many ways.
Ivy Pay handles all the logistics of credit cards and medical cards easily with immediate alerts about the current process and accurate records for all. Also, easy to issue refunds if insurance changes. Love having an app that’s just for therapists and don’t mind paying their reasonable fee. Support is amazing, even for someone like me whose strong suit is not electronic savvy. I highly recommend this system.

easy to use - excellent service
I have used this as my payment platform for my small private practice for years and it works great. It's so simple to use and the one time i had a minor question about the app, someone from customer service replied to me within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!
Never switching to another platform!
I’ve been using Ivy Pay now for almost 4 years and haven’t considered switching once! My EHR gives me the option to charge clients via a built in platform, but the fees are much higher and I see complaints all the time about delayed deposits from that platform. Charging clients via Ivy Pay takes an extra 10 seconds of “work” and gives me peace of mind that my clients information is secure, I’m HIPAA complaint, my deposits will be seen in my bank account within 1-2 business days and that I’m paying the lowest rate!! The few times I’ve had an issue with clients receiving text messages Customer Support has been so responsive/quick with getting back to me and is always helpful, giving step by step directions to pass along to clients to troubleshoot and offering additional support if needed (it never has been because it’s always been an error caused by the clients phone, not Ivy Pay). 10/10 recommend the platform for any therapists/MH professionals considering it!!

Year three, still loving this app
When I first opened my solo practice, I chose Ivy Pay simply because it had the lowest fees. Three years later, I’m still sticking with it! It’s really easy to use, has a clean interface, and allows me to collect fees when I’m ready to do so. I’ve had some feedback related to invitation texts going to spam and appearing overly vague, as well as some difficulty having to re-enter card info after initially declined—but their customer service always provided clear rationale for why these features function the way they do for HIPAA and other compliance purposes. In my experience, all customer service inquiries are responded to quickly, clearly, and kindly.

This is the best service for therapists specifically for collecting payments. It’s quick, efficient, no issues, customer service always responds right away, and very straight forward with the lowest overhead cost out there!! Use this!!
Great App
I’ve been using Ivy Pay for several years now and it’s worked great for my practice. They also have a very helpful and responsive customer support team which is a major plus.
Great option for HIPAA compliant payment
I love using IvyPay and have had no issues using it and my clients have had no issues. My only grip is that it’s an app only. I’m Telehealth only and would love to have a tab open to bill rather than have to open up an app on my phone or computer(the computer app isn’t the easiest to use). Other than that, I love it!

Trouble shooting payment
I had an issue with my payment system and reached out for help. Jules was responsive, clear, and took the time to walk me through the troubleshooting steps. Their suggestion to remove the declined charge and send a fresh request solved the problem, and everything worked smoothly afterward. I really appreciated the thoughtful support and prompt follow-up. Excellent customer service!

Love this platform. Easy to use with almost as much as you need to use as your only EMR. only reason it’s not five stars is that you can’t call them for support. Only email.
Great app, lowest fee (?)
I really appreciate Ivy Pay quite a lot. It works effortlessly and takes what I believe is the lowest fee of any other payment platforms. The features they do include like good faith estimates and one-tap to charge are excellent. My clients’ experiences with it have all been very positive. The payout frequency is great. Customer service has been very helpful. One feature to add would be automatically generated superbills; that would make this app perfect!

Excellent for solo practice
I’ve been using this for several years with no issues. I appreciate the ability to charge clients, not having to wait on them or remind them about missing payments. It was also the lowest credit fee among my options at the time.
Steals from custome
My customer was double billed a $400 charge. I was only paid one time initially. I had to refund my customer the extra $400 they were charged, meaning I got paid nothing. If you’re okay with a processor stealing your money, this is the app for you!
Ivy Pay Support
Recently I switched to solo practice from group and Ivy Pay support team has been great at providing me support and clarity as I needed. Also Ivy as an application is great - start forward and easy to use for transaction needs. Highly recommend using it if you’re talking co pay’s and/or private pay fees!
