Year three, still loving this app
When I first opened my solo practice, I chose Ivy Pay simply because it had the lowest fees. Three years later, I’m still sticking with it! It’s really easy to use, has a clean interface, and allows me to collect fees when I’m ready to do so. I’ve had some feedback related to invitation texts going to spam and appearing overly vague, as well as some difficulty having to re-enter card info after initially declined—but their customer service always provided clear rationale for why these features function the way they do for HIPAA and other compliance purposes. In my experience, all customer service inquiries are responded to quickly, clearly, and kindly.

This is the best service for therapists specifically for collecting payments. It’s quick, efficient, no issues, customer service always responds right away, and very straight forward with the lowest overhead cost out there!! Use this!!
Great App
I’ve been using Ivy Pay for several years now and it’s worked great for my practice. They also have a very helpful and responsive customer support team which is a major plus.
Great option for HIPAA compliant payment
I love using IvyPay and have had no issues using it and my clients have had no issues. My only grip is that it’s an app only. I’m Telehealth only and would love to have a tab open to bill rather than have to open up an app on my phone or computer(the computer app isn’t the easiest to use). Other than that, I love it!
