Very easy to use and great customer support
I have used Ivy Pay for many years and it is incredibly user friendly. I love being able to text clients and not have to handle credit cards. They also have amazing customer support. I have had to reach out only a few times and they responded quickly with very helpful information to solve the problem. Highly recommend!

Seamless and fair HIPAA complaint service
I’ve been using Ivy Pay, on a trial basis for 1.5 months now. I’m finding it to be a super easy, fair and effective way to collect client payments while remaining HIPAA compliant. I also reached out for support and had an effective response. I wish I had adopted this earlier and give it my highest recommendation.

Works for payments
It does work for payments! Of course they charge you for the pleasure to access your earned money, it seems to be comparable to other payment processors for EHRs.
It does not work if your patient wants to get the request in any other form than text (which has been most people). It also doesn’t work well with spam or filtered text messages or phone companies that automatically filter out certain numbers. There is also no way to help the patient from your end (can’t enter the information yourself, get authorization/consent to do such, etc.). The system also doesn’t seem to check that it’s a card that is active (can actually be charged). Any type of flexibility that is needed doesn’t seem to be possible with this system.
It doesn’t have any record of outreach (date time of request/card decline, reminders sent, etc.).
The person, or maybe AI?, that responds to their customer service is not really helpful with specific requests. I would not be surprised to learn that it’s automated or AI.

Perfection!
Couldn’t be easier to bill and (when inevitably you make a mistake as a human being) refund your clients. Super helpful to have something this easy for my all telehealth practice… I wouldn’t consider anything else!
Highly recommend!
I’ve been using ivy pay for the past five years and it has been an easy, user friendly way to manage payments for my clients! Their customer support is so responsive and helpful as well!
