No desktop usage

Unable to get TalkSpace provider on my desktop computer. There is no one I can call to assist with this.

Update

I haven’t been getting any notification reminders for appointments and I wonder if my clients aren’t getting these reminders as well. Then I also have to copy and paste everything and it’s taking longer to do this in the new update.

The update fonts are too small. It didn’t automatically create a draft or save what I had started writing on a client. Alerts for new messages don’t stand out as well.
