Doesn’t work-overrated

downloaded this thinking it’s a therapy app but it throws you through this constant loop of trying to see if you qualify with insurance and I did everything til it brought me back to app and nothing changed so I check therapy again just to do the same thing as before. Plus if you have more than anxiety and depression this app isn’t for you, sincerely more mentally ill than the “basics”

App is fine but trial was misleading

The app is great however I was under the impression that I would be signing up for the trial. The app told me it would be free for 7 days however I checked my bank account and found a charge for $29.99. This was misleading and if I’d known it was this price upfront I wouldn’t have paid for it.

CANCELLED FREE TRIAL NEVER SUBSCRIBED THEY STOLE MY MONEY FOR 9 MONTHS .ADMITTED TO STEALING MY MONEY THEN SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A 3 MONTH REFUND WHICH THEY NEVER DID!!!
