No customer support
I was loving the service and after the free trial I signed up. Now it’s not recording and there’s no customer support - no answer in chat, no phone. I’ll try email but I need the service now to make sure my cats don’t escape my patio. I’m bummed that I can’t get help.

It didn’t work I tried over and over again didn’t understand the password how to do it. None of my passwords were like that, and I tried to connect my Wi-Fi. It wouldn’t connect my Wi-Fi Wi-Fi, and when I tried to put on everything, it did not work.
How can I setup network on the app . It was working fine and start to bip

First cameria was easy Secound one had to reset and add a few times before it started to work but once working it is a decent cameria. Its only 2mp cameria so picture isn't greatest but good enough to order more since they are so cheap but work well for price point
Works okay
I bought a video cam for my dog and this is the App that goes with it to watch via wifi. So far I have no complaints. The App is working okay. I’m able to video call & audio call my dog while at work.
