Stopped working
I’ve had this app for two years. All of the sudden now it completely just stopped working. My camera is working because it’s alerting my phone but no visual on the app. Just the symbol of TinoSec! Nothing!!!!

9/15/2026 app quit working again, “Connection failed, please check the network and device, or restart the app(-60)”
Cameras are online and still sending alerts and photos when a movement or sound alert occurs.
9/14/2026 Customer service is knowledgeable and helpful. The cameras and app have worked great for several years, the system went out (was receiving alerts and images from alerts so I knew the cameras were online and working - but could not view live stream), I reported this via chat, customer service said they understood the issue and within two days the system is running normally again.
I own five of these cameras, three are at residence, two travel for monitoring pets.
Only issue - a non-issue really - just time consuming, you have to re-add a camera when changing WiFi connections, e.g., connecting at different campsites or hotels.

Nunca pude hacer que grabaran en su tarjeta sd y ahora sucede que llovió se fue la energía eléctrica se apagaron y no se ve ninguna la electricidad regresó el wifi regresó pero ellas ya no volvieron
