So far after 4 days, the iWFCam app works for 2 days and slowly stops to work for my chicken door. 3rd day and on the camera stays in sleep mode and everything says “timed out” if trying to turn camera on or turn sleep mode off. Not to mind you, you need to access the camera in able to open or close the door. Thankfully the door stoped working while it was open or I would return to 10 well done birds after my vacation. Hopefully a predator doesn’t stop by either for a free meal. I will hold this carrier responsible for my birds if they are harmed…

Battery
The fully charged battery doesn’t last longer than 5 hours and I had the impression from another review that it would last a whole week!
Detection zone
If there is an update, can you allow us to set up our own dection zone

Покупали камеру специально для того чтобы следить из другого города , в итоге камера подключилась пока ты находишься в доме, приложение работает , но стоит выйти за порог -невозможно подключиться. Может есть какой-то совет- что должно быть включено: может VPN ? может нужна мобильная сеть ? что вообще делать??

Any possible way to have the app stop prompting every time i open it, to change time zone or change password
Request Service!
This app/unit is so frustrating!! It keeps telling me to request service and it takes forever to respond to opening or closing the door through the app. I can’t adjust the camera angle so it’s basically useless to me. While I love the idea of this it’s just not living up to what it should be doing!

I bought a set of VigEye cameras. I opened one pack for familiarisation and was instructed to download this app. Unfortunately the instructions beyond that didn’t work and after several attempts I still cannot view any camera images.
There does not appear to be any online help or FAQs in the app. I get the message “Request service” but clicking on that just opens a new message window saying “request service” I would expect something more useful than a repetition of the message. What service? How? Because of the setup and app failings I cannot access any of my cameras. I would rather buy a quality product that actually works. The current setup is useless.

Chicken coop door worked only for a month.
Initially connected ok at the first try, after about 1 month the app stopped working and whenever I try to reinstall the coop door it just crashes.
