URGENT EXTREM DELAY
I bought this product a kit of more than 1k€ it sounds as if they were Chinese cardboard speakers I have been trying to recover my money for more than 3 months. Now they tell me that they do not receive the package as it was sent and a thousand excuses that I am seeing with the city council of my town to sue them.
They are very unprofessional and do not meet the delivery deadline. They told me 7 to 9 days, which is enough. Order made on 05/12/25 today 11/01/2026 I'm still waitingi to know if I'm going to receive the order or not. They just tell me to talk to the transport company.
