Terrible update
Since last update this app is terrible. Very slow to load and does not always detect both hearing aids. Frequently when trying to change settings it takes anywhere from 15 to 20 seconds. Did not seem to have these issues before update. Hearing aids themselves work fine when both are detected by the app. If you don’t change scenes or settings or just don’t use the app you will have no problems but won’t be able to do any customization other than controlling the volume on the hearing aids themselves. Other than the app the hearing aids themselves are as good or better than prescription ones at a fraction of the cost.
