I can’t sign up using the app
Unable to login Due to the app’s terrible responsiveness
I can’t seem to login on iPhone X, all I am able to do when I open the app is type my username but immediately I I try to input my password a drop-down with a message “register with us” covers the login screen.
Limited access
Nice interface but you cannot use the app as a user to its full capabilities. For example, I recently opened a bank account with IZB and the BANK filled in my details wrongly like email ID etc. I would now like to change my user name on the “App”.
The app itself has an option on the settings to “edit/change” information but you actually cannot do it. I contacted the bank and they say I need to fill out a KYC form. In my mind I am thinking it is the bank error not mine so why shall I fill out a form and as the APP master user I should be able to have full access for this. Definitely sticking with my existing bank. Not worth the switch as I am waiting for a ATM card over a month from IZB and the APP hasn’t got an option to follow up on.

APP NOT WORKING
Hello, I downloaded the app on Friday 24th July 2020 and managed to login the next day Saturday 25th July 2020. I managed to make 2 transactions around 16rs on Saturday and since then, the apps has been stuck. I have logged in several times and it’s still stuck. Kindly work on it, it’s a bit inconveniencing
